Caitlin Hensel is a Partner at Hayes Commercial Group and one of the region's most active brokers — guiding investors, owners, and tenants through office, retail, R&D, and industrial deals from Goleta to Carpinteria.
Why Caitlin
The South Coast is a small, relationship-driven market where the right broker knows the block, the owner, and the comparable before it hits the open market. Caitlin pairs that local fluency with the analytical depth of a full-service brokerage — so buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants make decisions backed by real data, not guesswork.

Where she works
Most South Coast commercial activity happens in a compact stretch of coastline. Here's how the submarkets differ — and what Caitlin does in each.
The South Coast's engine for office, R&D, and lab space — the Cremona, La Patera, and Castilian tech corridor near the airport and UCSB.
Downtown State Street retail, Class A office, and landmark mixed-use buildings — the county's marquee address and tightest submarket.
A coastal pocket of industrial, R&D, and neighborhood retail — from the Cindy Lane business park to Linden Avenue near the beach.
Also active in Montecito, Summerland, and Isla Vista/UCSB, with select work across the broader Central Coast through Hayes Commercial Group.
